Do you see a message saying “Remote Services—Communication Failure” in the panel of your Xerox B230 or C230 Laser printer? - Navigate to Settings > Device > Remote Services Data Upload
- Uncheck the Allow Data Upload option (give a reason why you uncheck it)
- Press Save
